CIDD NEWSLETTER, FEBRUARY 2021

This school year, CIDD members had to adjust to the COVID-19 pandemic by shifting much of their education and activities online. Several members are also offering short-term virtual programs to students from their partner universities including Rosenheim Technical University in Germany. This issue discusses the adjustments that some of our members made and the Summer School on International Business Ethics in Rosenheim. Last year, we were fortunate to welcome three new members to the CIDD. The newsletter provides a snapshot of one of our new members. One of the consortium’s goals is to foster collaboration among its members.  You can also read about a new double-degree agreement between two of our members. The CIDD will also continue to support double-degree by providing 5 scholarships for students who completed or working towards a double degree this school year, while recognizing that, due to travel restrictions, the double degree may be virtual. Finally, while we are planning to hold the General Assembly on June 14 and 15, we have yet to determine whether the GA this is will be entirely online, or streaming online with some in-person attendance in Karlstad, Sweden. We will share the final decision in early April. Please read the details about the GA and scholarships in our newsletter.
