Workshop Scope
Two major factors of economic success are the human and the financial resources of a firm. In this context it is important to be aware of the existing dependencies of those key factors. Therefore, the goal of the workshop is to provide new insights in both fields and in the existing dependencies. At the symposium papers in the following areas of economic theory that focus the dependencies of human resource and financial management are of interest:

Submission Instructions
Submission of papers based on work-in-progress is encouraged. Submitted papers must not be previously published elsewhere or currently under review for any other publication. Please direct any questions about the paper submission process to one of the workshop chairs. All paper submissions will be handled electronically. They should be submitted to one of the workshop chairs. Authors should prepare a word or a PDF-document. First a short form no longer than 3 pages (12 pt with reasonable margins) should be submitted. All submitted papers will be subjected to a blind review. Selected papers will be presented at the symposium. Extended versions of selected papers will be submitted for publications in refereed journals.
